Nursing Services
At the New Bedford Jewish Convalescent Home, our outstanding nursing staff provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to both our short-term and long-term residents. Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) all play specific roles in the care of our residents and in promoting their self-worth, dignity and individuality.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nurses, the Nursing Department provides quality care to our residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with their interdisciplinary care plan, assuring that preventative measures, treatments, medications, diets and all aspects of care are provided.
